Hyundai Kona: Evaporative Emission Control System / Fuel Tank Air Filter Repair procedures

Removal
1.
Turn ignition switch OFF and disconnect the negative (-) battery cable.
2.
Lift the vehicle.
3.
Remove the canister assembly.
(Refer to Emission Control System - "Canister")
4.
Remove the canister protector (A) after loosening bolt & clips.

5.
Remove the canister cover (A) after loosening bolt & clips.

6.
Remove the clip, and then separate the fuel tank air filter (B) from the canister after rotating it in the direction of the arrow in the figure.

Installation
1.
Install in the reverse order of removal.
