Hyundai Kona: Timing System / Drive Belt Tensioner Repair procedures

Removal and Installation
1.
Remove the drive belt.
(Refer to Timing System - "Dreve Belt")
2.
Remove the alternator.
(Refer to Engine Electrical System - "Alternator")
3.
Remove the alternator bracket (belt tunsioner) (C).
Tightening torque
[Part No : 11403-08407B]
24.5 - 26.9 N.m (2.48 - 2.74 kgf.m, 18.1 - 19.8 Ib-ft)
[Part No : 11405-08406K]
26.5 - 32.4 N.m (2.7 - 3.3 kgf.m, 19.5 - 23.9 Ib-ft)

4.
Install in the reverse order of removal.
